OOH Media now at Blue Foods, Inorbit Mall, Vashi
25th November 08, Bangalore Out-of-Home Media has tied up with Blue Foods, a multi-cuisine lifestyle restaurant chain. They have installed more then 100 screens at various Blue Foods restaurants across India like Bombay Blue, Noodle Bar, Gelato, Spaghetti Kitchen, Copper Chimney etc.
Commenting on the tie-up with Blue Foods, Niloufer Dundh, Chief Sales Officer OOH Media, said “We are proud to be associated with Blue Foods. The OOH Metrics research in association with the Nielsen Company, highlighted the frequency of restaurant visits across the country. Mumbai topped the list with eight visits every month followed by Chennai at five visits, and Delhi NCR, Bangalore and Pune with four visits. This highlights the importance of the restaurant cluster in the OOH Space.”
Dina Mukherjee- Head, Marketing and Communication, Blue Foods said, “We have a reliable and efficient ally in OOH Media who are pioneers in this space. The association was a result of exploring options in making the static screens an interactive media in our restaurants to provide entertainment to our customers.”
The company also recently announced its tie-up with Inorbit Mall at Vashi in Navi Mumbai. OOH Media already has 51 screens at the Inorbit Mall in Malad. This new addition at Vashi will strengthen their network at malls by another 40 screens taking the total count in this cluster to 762 screens across the country.
Sunil Shroff the GM of Inorbit Mall, Vashi sheds some light on the tie-up. “Considering our long and fruitful association at Inorbit, Malad, it was but a logical step for us to extend our association to Inorbit, Vashi.”
Niloufer Dundh said, “Inorbit Malls have been great to partner with. We have shared a long association with them over the last two years and I am sure that it will only further strengthen with their future projects. Malls hold a very high Importance on the OOH network with a cumulative weekly traffic count in Mumbai alone at 1.3 million.” |
